Ms Trammell is a multi-talented professional in the world of exceptional massage therapy.  With a background as a professional dancer and master Pilates instructor, Amy's journey began at the prestigious International Ballet School under the guidance of renowned artists like German Zamuel (former senior instructor at the Royal Ballet School in London). Her accolades include winning an award as a finalist in the Denver Ballet Guild competition and then going on to dance professionally with the Colorado Ballet in 2002.

Amy's dedication to her craft led her to graduate with honors from Concorde College as a Massage Therapist in 2005, followed by completing her Pilates Certificate at FAU in 2014.  Alongside her impressive career, Amy is a devoted mother of three.

 

Drawing from her diverse experienced and having worked under Physical Therapists, Amy has honed her skills in massage therapy and Pilates instruction to cater to a wide range of clients, including geriatric clients, to rehab, to influential athletes like former world number one tennis professional, Ivan Lendl.
